From Print screen--- this will allow a shot of the monitor screen, however I normally "paste" it into Microsoft Word, unfortunately the save options in word are not any that can be uploaded to this forum, but it would have been, - print screen, open Microsoft Word, new document,edit, paste. You can then edit the copied picture, cropping it etc. but for what use that is you may as well take a pic of the monitor with a camera.

with later copies of windows operating systems there are tools to allow conversion from word to Jpeg, I`m still on XP pro---old fashioned!!
