good dition to the workshop.....would like a bigger model as well...
mine doesn't get used enough but good to look at.....
a few visitors are intrigued as to what it is.....they always have to touch......lol...

Honda C70.

My first experience on two wheels was on one of those. School mate had one, he'd taken all the plastics off and used it as a field bike.

Followed, about 30 seconds later, by my first crash. Steep downhill section of farm track and lots of front brake didn't end well. His Mum, a nurse, found it quite amusing as she picked the bits of gravel out of my knee.

Do you actually have a VHS player ? When was the last time you sat down with a beer and a kebab to watch "Sooty's magic show" ?

I got rid of all mine a few years ago. Four binbags full. Went to the tip, as not even charity shops wanted them.

The question perhaps when did we last use it! Funnily enough SWMBO asked if it was plumbed in to the telly the other day, wanted to watch something.

Be careful, one of the 30 yr old video tapes snapped on fast rewind.

I have a 2006 iveco daily ,3 litre , went through its mot a few years back but was left of road due to family commitments ,525k on it , engine runs like a sewing machine , just can t part with it

And now its probably full of stuff, so you couldn't use it, even if you wanted to ? Bit like mine.

I've got loads of spare parts left from my LandRover years. Old halfshafts, new bearings, gearbox gears and shafts, flanges, drive members.
Lovely steel to turn and mill into other things.

Every time we have moved, it has become a bigger exercise. First house used my hatchback, moving out of there involved my CF Bedford and a trailer. Moving out of there to my late grandfather's house was the van, parents car, parents trailer and a couple of trips.
Granddad's house was fully furnished, with a basement full of stuff. Moving from there to the parent's farm 12 years ago involved many trips 9ver 2 months, a rented curtain sider truck, van and trailer and a tip run or several.
The problem is the farm house was also fully furnished, along with a 2000sqft garage packed to the rafters. Some stuff has gone, like a big van load of books to the hospice shop, but I found the easiest way was to build more sheds and put it off until later...

Had an uncle like that, could always tell when he’d found something else on his travels as a new shed went up on the field. He lived on a small holding and couldn’t help but acquire stuff. I remember him proudly showing us the 3 ex ships main gennies he’d salvaged, they’d have run the bloody village let alone the site!
