£5.65Sorry they are k50T60
a blown capacitor and a bad ibgt so i ordered new and replaced them. The machine powered up for a second a went bang and blew the same cap
Are these two IGBTs the same component? i.e. the same location going short-circuit for a second time?one has continuity across all pins
I have just acquired a broken Static Arc 200 inverter MIG. It has a green disc-shaped thermistor as the precharge resistor, same size as yours, marked "15P", bypassed by a timed relay. The cold resistance is 100 Ohms. This would equate to the cold resistance of a 40 watt mains filament bulb, so as suggested, that would work as a temporary substitute.this thermistor is acting as a precharge soft-start limiter, to allow the voltage on the main smoothing capacitor(s) to rise slowly. Some machines use a resistor that is bypassed by relay contacts after a short time delay. The resistance value is usually between 20 and 50 Ohms.
