I put my trailer on for the first time today, I haven't found the Parking Aid Module to put a switch in. Very temporary solution. pair of ear defenders.

So my project is virtually finished. All done with the exception of the rear ramp, still to get some expanded steel mesh for the larger tail ramp. Couldn't justify £200 for a full sheet of alloy checker plate just to cut 2 strips for ramp. Did go for aluminium for the panels in the end though.
Quite pleased with the end result, definitely couldn't have bought it for what it cost me to make.

Load resistors received and fitted. Issues solved, trailer indicator working on dash and reverse sensors silent

Until... I towed it with my wife's VW Tiguan. Dealer supplied / fitted towbar and electrics, the reverse sensors aren't silenced on it. Not really an issue as it will barely ever be on the back of the Tiguan but just curious as to why the load resistors cured the issue on the Landrover but not the VW?
