how is the milwakee cordless one? I keep looking at the 13mm one to replace my evolution oneB&D. Bought one after recommendations on here and sold recently as I now have a Milwaukee cordless.
Ceramic belts last much longer and worth the extra cost. Norton are good but watch out for the fakes on eBay, 3M last much longer than any other belt I’ve used and they have a coating on the back of the belt making them much smoother and quieter.
The Evolution one is currently on Amazon for less than a Titan or BD.I'm an Evolution owner so can't comment on your choices.
Belts, buy the best you can get, cheap ones are a disappointment. I've just bought some genuine Norton ceramic and they are superb.
Yes, me too. Machine excellent. Ceramic or zirconium (blue) belts. Worth the extra money.I'm an Evolution owner so can't comment on your choices.

I might have to invest in one, always a faff plugging the evo one in and setting it up! I have not tried the new 5AH batteries yet either.Loving it. Plenty of power and being cordless with adjustable angle makes it much more versatile. It also has a lot more control and power doesn’t drop off even at low speeds. Belt changes are really simple too, push in the the front roller and it locks back so you change the belt over, release it with the push of a lever and your ready to go again. Really smooth with quality belts like 3M and Milwaukee (might actually be 3M) but rough with cheap belts.
I’ve mainly been using it with the new 5ah high output batteries which have given a noticeable power boost in all the tools even over the 6ah ones
