.... a couple of small puffballs while walking my dogs.
I mentioned the magic word “ball” to someone who asked what I had and my dog spent the rest of the walk trying to get me to throw them for him.

the museum I'm talking about is Calderdale Industrial museum, if you're in Leeds they have a huge storage facility so I'd still contact them. I have got some brochures from local companies that they will take though. the ones Ive posted here are too generic so would be taking up valuable space.

I cant say W A L K in front of mine, he also knows, Stroll, Hike, Park, Forest.... and is starting to realise when I put my ear phones in hes going for a wa... I mean a W.

My younger one also knows that when I put my work uniform on it's time for him to settle down, straight to his bed every time. He was exactly the same during my last job.
He's a staffy x lurcher, daft as a brush but very intelligent.
7 1/2 years old and still acts like a puppy. I love a dog with character and hope he never grows up.

Three floor sanders - a working Clark 7 edge sander and two Haywood drum sanders "for parts or not working".

A quick continuity test on the leads shows a break in the cable. Trim the cable and rewire, now all three work. Three for the price of one!

Anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced canvas dust bag now? I need two like this...

Before being ambulanced of for emergency spinal surgery I was about to buy a Parweld True colour as I was struggling with my R_Tech XL and ended up using my ancient Optrel Twisty -my welding was poor - though being on tramadol and suffering severe back pain did not help.

While lying in my hospital bed the day after spinal surgery I saw a new Optrel Crystal 2.0 with a starting bid of £300 and no bids. I had read @Hood 's glowing reviews, anesthetic still in my system, on strong painkillers and I stuck in a starting bid, thinking I will never get it at that. Well no one else bid, so this arrived today:

So no excuses for not seeing what I am doing now.....though am not sure having a smartphone in your hospital bed immediately after major surgery is a good mix. I suppose it could have been worse, no new motorbikes being delivered

Today I acquired....a MacBook pro with a working keyboard. So I can type capitals again...woo hoo!!!!!!

But what a total pain in the rear it was to change the keyboard....basically strip the whole machine down....screen off....the works. Then I found that some numpty at Apple had riveted the keyboard to the case....so some major destruction is required.

But at least I saved myself £1k+ on the cost of a new one!
