Collected a 8" Pratt 3jaw chuck, another T3 QC tool holder, and a set of immaculate Jaws that looked like they would fit my existing 10" Burnard chuck... Got home and they did! Absolutely buzzing with this, I wasn't sure if I'd ever get a new set of Jaws for it!
All for £105!
I had to take my dad to the hospital in Sunderland so thought I'd make the best of it while I was there!
... And now turkey time with family

try TWITTER companies hate bad press and they cannot remove it from TWITTER either, has worked for several people I know when confronting big companies

I might have to try that for my laptop refund...ordered on 6th Nov ...broke by the 9th Nov....returned on the 18th Nov. Still no refund and they are ignoring me....never a good idea!

I don't do Twitter, I have enough frustrations in my life.....

I don't 'do' twitter usually but CPC's social media team were very attentive to my courier (UPS abandoned split package left in the rain ) gripe a year or so ago. My tweet on Saturday morning was answered by lunch time and I was contacted by customer care first thing on Monday morning, new goods with me before noon Tuesday.
It is worth the small amount of effort to set up an account.

The claw hammer is rusty, but just from stowage. The shaft is firm and split free.
The Copping Saw as the blade fitted backwards. But the frame still has a lot of tension in it.

Today i acquired or should i say We acquired, While my Wife, Son & i were having our boxing day walk we went past the club metal skip, Laying next to it was a 30" long offcut of heavy 8" square RSJ, Just the job for the boat frame bending press i have to build!
Also a length of good galv steel wire & two stainless steel trays ideal for under engines.
Upon going home met a member who asked "The tip is shut , (its boxing day??? thinks i) Can i put these in the metal skip?"
My son & I looked at each other with big grins & we said "You can chuck them in here if you like".
And so a full drum kit changes hands. Bit battered & the stool is missing but hey it was free! Just the job for playing with cigar box guitars.
My wife looked resigned & we drove home with a drum on her lap & the dog in the back surrounded by the rest. Nick had to walk.
