Did ok yesterday on the main frame of the gate but the t&g was cupped and caused issues
That's why the Sanders here today.
Very little sanding needed on the frame but the boards have a lot of chips.
Not the best quality pine.
some surplus to requirements industrial rubber mat......... ........The nightmare of picking out swarf from the carpet will soon be history
Just need to order some sky hooks to lift up the lathe and milling machine when I get to that corner

Another cheap set of metric ER11 collets. I use them on my Capstan. This set has an 1/8" and 1/4" which will do nicely for the Pantograph which was retrofitted with ER11 so I can use the cheapo engraving tools win-win

This magnetic swarf cleanup tool , magnet in a non magnetic tube you push a magnet in the tube to collect swarf then draw it out over the bin and then swarf drops off. Very handy and £18 off eBay will save alot of time in cleanup and save hoovering up so much
