You should be able to get CO2 for less than a fifth of Sodastream, when I was looking into it for my beer I think a proper supplier worked out to at least 20 times cheaper!

Yes, probably. It would be a bit cheaper if we went for a bigger bottle, but the 3.15 kg one fits in a kitchen cupboard underneath the sodastream so is nicely hidden. It's a rent-free cylinder as well, so probably a bit more expensive than contract gas.

A BSA Meteor Super , at top. It was skip wrecked but now new internals.
Cheap to get seals etc, the spring was fine.

The smaller one I already owned. It's just the stock that's different really and the cocking linkages.

The Super Meteor also came with a rounded foresight hood. (Unlike the Airsporter hood which was square).

No, it's designed to connect a gas bottle like this directly into the sodastream. I bought it from ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/184343930689. I've seen various things for refilling sodastream bottles, like this one, but I preferred the idea of directly connecting the big bottle.

I'm pretty sure there are rules about big bottles needing to be tested every few years; I don't know if that's true with little sodastream ones, but bear in mind if you refill one over and over that it won't be getting tested (one of the reasons I preferred the idea of the direct connection).

That's purely down to the length and the speed of reaction to steering input.

today of marketplace I acquired 5 SHEETS OF 18MM EXTERIOR PLY for ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY POUNDS now I have to do thegarage roof.

three cheapie F clamps from lidl for £6.99 not the best quality but at £2.33 each how cold I say no ! also arrived this morning


a cordless router , even with a 36V battery on top it's still half the weight of my 240V makita time will tell whether its any good but certainly looks and feels impressive .
