I thought that was an air fed mask for a minute. Then I saw the hoover brush and thought you'll never suck up all that dirt, you should get a hoover. Then I realized...Something I have not had for a long long time...... floorspaceView attachment 346800

That's very neat already. I really struggle getting ali neat with the positioner I've got to be honest, but then I very very rarely do it.
I've done some nice mild steel and stainless welds using it though.

Brad got a SS welding job don't know the flavor of SS came out of a cheese plant what filler would you suggest it is not going back in food plant. Customer wants it as a water feature

don't ask, takes all sortsI done a few ropey ones too, pipe was 2" 3MM WALL I weld Ali everyday, I struggle with stainless and anything round I've some lighter stuff ordered to have a go with, I'll bring a bit of strapping home to draw a straight line around the pipe too as I was running way off

308 will weld 304 and 316 no problem just might not be as corrosion resistant.
If you want to be really safe you could use 309 and that will stick most stainless alloys together and is good for stainless to mild.

I've got a 12 volt starter motor ( supposedly working ) if you want to motorize it .Thanks for the offer but it will be intentionally hand cranked.
Aside from the cost of electric, the garden and greenhouse don't generate a huge amount of green waste so I just need something simple and easy to use. There's a breaker's yard not far away from home on the A68 that specialises in Scanias so if I can acquire a cheap (preferably free...) flywheel I'll have saved a few potentially dead bits of metal from the scrap yard for a few pounds and repurposed them.

Ha yeah not my favourite but it is 80s retro and I got a quote of the original painter to do it again and for the same schem is 1250£ plus vat but all the fairings are damaged anyway so will be getting charged for either a black set or green and I’ll keep those for track useI can see why it was a bargain, I wouldn't want to be seen dead riding on a bike with that paint job

The last of the interesting stuff.
¾" impact socket set 19-55mm and ¾" impact extension/adapter set.
½" impact torx bits, ½" stubby impact torx bits and ½" impact swivel sockets. ¾" impact 50mm socket and chrome 56mm socket.
Yet to see how they hold up, but these stubby impact torx bits were £16 for the set and seem decent. Doubt the big ones will be used much but T60 is good for belt tensioners.

I agree, same for the hex bit equivalents. I only wanted the larger sizes but worked out cheaper buying that set than 3 or 4 individuals, as the set was reduced price.
T30 on a ½" impact is a little excessive.

Points misaligned. Obviously it's not at it's true zero because the barrel is not aligning with the zero mark. Someone appears to have attempted a repair.
