Today I acquired three kids (and thier parents)
Two year old twins (adorable) and a 6 year old terrorist
Thankfully I give them back to thier parents in the morning
It turned up this morning

I think its cast, cant see any machining marks and it has slight edges like it came out of a former, I think Brad is correctAnything with a bit of give will be a right bugger to machine, and you'd have to buy a piece of PU bar in the right shore hardness to begin with.
I wouldn't bother trying to make that, and I regularly make pipe fittings I could buy for 50 pence.
