I tested it on dry cat food. It was the closest thing to hand.

He was having a bad day that’s all. In truth it didn’t affect us much as we got into Berlin as far as we needed (pankow) which was fine. Berlin was the only place with them at the time I think. Maybe a couple of other big cities but I do not know.

They have blue in the middle of Berlin now? My friend now lives in Kreuzberg and it’s a nuisance with his car. It cannot get blue.

Older motorist like me are often surprised what is already a vintage car - some of them I never even dreamt of having.

The vac is great little machine, mine goes everywhere. Just remember to remove the filter before using it as wet vac.

Got these from the bootfair on Sunday, forgot to post the pics.

Set of wad punches for £8



And a nearly new chainsaw for a tenner. The chain was hanging off and the guy had cut through the power cord about 3 feet from the plug end somehow. He admitted that he scared himself so decided to sell it at the car boot and get a battery powered one instead. I cut the cord back and put a new plug on it.

Probably quite a smart guy for realising that the tool would get him in trouble....better to learn after the first mishap than continue until you lose something important!

Neighbour gave up DIY and got rid of all his power tools, sadly before I got a look in.

I reckon the bloody Skil saw would have cleaned up but I'd have left the glove with the finger in!
