Needed some riser legs for the laser I got the other week so was going to make them but by the time I bought material and took into consideration my time I figured I was probably just as well buying and I did get £1.35 discount.
Today they arrived, although Yodel just sent me an email saying they tried to deliver yesterday and they need more info on my address
Anyway it seems X-Tool also had a flash sale on so instead of a set of 4 I got this for under £15

well I caved in and acquired a lathe .............no folding was involved

Not at all.
(Im not shamed to say my first lathe after using school M300s in the late 70s. Was a Clarke ML300 mini lathe. I made thousands of parts on that lathe. To tenths if required.)
Set it up properly, it will serve you well. Doesnt have to be expensive either. Its the man behind the machine that makes the difference.
