It’s got all the important spinning whooshing parts and the interior was stored in the dry while the rusted so fortunately it’s still in great shape.Sort of just over half a metro, and that’s assuming the motor etc is present.
They the best Metro wheels in my opinion. At the moment in trying to decide if it worth buying a clean 2 door Rover Metro and relieving it of its floor pan and a few other pieces as this body definitely need some love.I have a set of those wheels. Looking for a shell...

I'm looking for one locally and it's not easy to find them cheap, they hold a good price even if just ornamental.
This sealey LED light at under £12 delivered is a proper bargain IMO. (Ebay) Solid metal with strong base magnet and powerful LED with focus adjustment. Best bit is how flexible it is. Only downside is it takes regular AAA batteries not rechargeable but for the £ very good I ordered another and this one will live on my bandsaw now as a sight gauge.
