A mate gave me a Ryobi hedge trimmer that doesn't run and I grabbed a FB bargain in the shape of a Stuart Turner 2 bar universal shower pump.
The trimmer has gone to live in the bottom tin shed for a while as I dont have time to look at it yet and the pump might fix my long running pulsing shower problem...

I do the same - add sugar as required when it’s ready to drink.

Over the weekend, well Thursday actually, I acquired a pensioner's motor.
A 2008 VW Fox, with a mighty 1.2L fire-breathing 55bhp under da hood.
Cheap and easy to insure (at a price) but it could have been worse.
The mental thing is, the insco who cover me for the bikes refused to touch me in this snorting beast.

It basically has a needle (digital) that waves up and down and tells you how confident it is in the reading it gives you.
Bit of a gimmick and I haven't used one of these for a while but it does tell you when there's a lot of interference during the test that can give a false result.

Few weeks ago we had to paint our kitchen after a little accident with the sink discharge pipe.
I have few Lego sets on a shelf, we removed them and mom cleaned them up.
On yesterday she asked me to put them back.
Little chat about them, and we agreed how amazing would be to have a little diorama.
So that's her fault.
I've always loved Lego City sets, so nostalgia and compulsive bought few things

An almost exact clone of the original 2008 mechanic workshop, Wich I've always wanted when I was a child but it was a lot expensive.
The only difference is the tow truck.
I don't know if there are any Minifig included

That's on AliExpress, liked the design so I've got it.

This one is one of my favorites set, got it for Christmas in 2010, I've mistakenly bought It used.

Mistakenly because I was going to buy this bundle for the same price.
So now I have 4 tow trucks including the Temù one, the one from my childhood is missing of only one little 1x4 orange tile which I've bought a replacement for...

7741 it has been my first Lego set, got in 2007 for my birthday.
Loved it, played a lot with it, lost most parts unfortunately...
So I found this one for an honest price (half the 2007 price) and got it .
Plan is to seek the missing bits in my childhood one using this one as reference

I remember how bad I've felt while digging out bits here and there from old boxes hoping to find the missing parts but no luck.

Now I have a big problem, I could buy more Lego and knock off sets.
I've never been into trains but...
I'm resisting till Christmas...

My Fluke 115 has something similar but linear, my Megger has that as well
