Once I figure it out how to run it in the workshop my intention is to see if I can leave it under the van, suitably secured, and duct the hot air in through the opening side window I recently had fitted. Just need to devise some means of interfacing said ducting to the window, probably something fashioned from 3/4" ply, and rig up a 12 volt supply from the leisure battery. If that all works I'll look at a permanent installation under the van in a dedicated box made from a sheet of 1/8" aluminium chequer plate that's been lurking behind the shed for a while....

Its definitely stuff i could sell on for a profit but my whole workshop is full of stuff i could probably do that with but thats not why I acquired it and although the stories will die with me I can probably still remember where i got it from and the genuinely nice people that effectively gave it too me. Would almost feel guilty selling it on , plus I may use it one day even if ive had it 20years so far and not so far
