so my nephew sends me a text and asks if im about.
i said whats up?
he asks if he could pop over as car coolant needs topping up.
i said sure, see you soon.
he arrives and while i wait for car to cool a little.
he goes to the boot and says ohh yer.
been having a tidy up in my flat.
do you want these ??
or they will go down the tip..
i said your having a laugh ?
you going to take them to the tip..
well yer unless you want em....
i said.. er ok. cant see them get thrown away.
but not like i have a use for em..
they wouldn't reach the container down at the tip.
the staff would have them..
his dad is an electrician in a London hospital.
got them for him, i guess hoping he would follow in his footsteps.
but it isn't for him by the looks of it...

I liked your post but it is absolutely unbelievable that he could even think of trashing that lot, I am sure anything that you have no use for could be turned into hard cash either in the for sale section here or eblag.

A neighbour who is moving gave me a Clarke chain saw that looked unused i put gave it a quick check over and put some chain oil in and it cut very nicely

Apart from dealing with fools and idiotic customers. I almost killed 3, but a full English saved lives.
First item.
Charcoal BBQ, customers returned as it was not suitable.
So it was left in the returns shed and now ended up in my mobile skip.
Missing parts have bean ordered and will be sent out free post.
Item 2
Webb Petrol lawn mower, again customers return as they could not get it to work.
I have not had a chance to try it, but what fuel in there looks red. Oh well. I even got the box it came in.
My plans for those two items?
BBQ Men In Shed fun days or what even comes up.
I will not be cooking, only eating.
Lawn mower?
Allotment Group do need one, if they offer me £££££. I will take it. If I get it going.
A Purple tools shed, in the back ground, a pile of fire wood.
The Purple Tool shed I paid £10 for, but I have bean after one for a friend for a few months now.
Oh yes a slide.
Why?
Simple
It was free.

The lawn mower now runs, but smokes very bad. I suspect it is residue of the odd fuel mix.
No idea what the mix was, but dark red is not a good colour for unleaded.
It will get a new plug and a clean.
I hope running it on fresh fuel will help reduce the smoke. The smoke is not burning sump oil. The exhaust was snooty as was the plug.
The BBQ needs no main parts, but the "Posh bits", tong hooks etc. But They all are meant to come in one bag, alongside instructions and tools.
They are on the way to me via Post Man Pat.
