He gave me a set of circuit pliers that his mate had given him. I asked why and he said the old boy has retired and won’t be needing them

I just wondered if they were often sold for a specific purpose, eg weedkiller, pesticide etc etc. I've got a house to clear and a load of rubbish to get rid of, and just wondered if I should work out what might be in this before I binned it.

I use mine to spray solvents for cleaning.

You can get them for under £5, may be £8 if it ha the box and spares.

But I have seen them in "antique shops" for anything over £20.

open it up and have a sniff just hope its not cyanide get a bottle of poppers = amyl nitrate to sniff if it is to bring you back round
