Tool chest for van

Each to there own I know all our service engineers have them in same place. I like there the fact all your tools are easy to get to without having to jump in and out all the time

I can still access all the tools from the ground it's just on the right leaving the full doorway

Bott do one... i have one in my van.only had 6 months, but seems up to it. Wont be cheap though

The angle iron frame sounds a good idea. I always mount mine on the right of the sliding door, giving me full walk in access but it probably makes the chest flex even more because it's not against the bulkhead.

Here is a picture of the toolbox unit that survived 3 years in a service van, it now stands in purpose made base in the workshop.

Sorry for the delay but here's a picture of the frame I built to keep my toolbox from flexing and breaking.
It's a tight fit around the boxes the frame is bolted through the floor, van bulkhead and into the hole where the standard handles would normally be fitted....
