I've installed 4.1 and it opens/runs fine but see above, the gcode files it produces won't run my printer.Older versions of cura are still available. Ive just installed version 4.10.0 on a win 7 system without problems
There is a dll file that's missing as I tried to install 5.5.0 on the same system.
Another option is I could try a different slicer program.
Anyone know of something with lots of tweeking options that runs on win 8?
How do you normally set up the slicer software to work with a specific printer if your printer is not in the instalation list?
