I'm missing all the change wheels for the table feed so only have 1 feed speed... everything else is there though. Probably do a vfd conversion on it next so I can run it off my single phase supply.

Need to check but I do think I have 2 full sets change wheels for table feed cant wait to get it off the inverters and onto the Transwave !!

Runs a treat on my big rotary with a 22kw generator behind it. Be nice to be able to run off our off-grid inverter system for the odd small job when the sun is shining.

Hi @Shox Dr they never sent me a wiring diagram, my electrician started at the output socket and tested everything in reverse until we got the the B1OVR/M relay (Orange box) once
we opened that up it was clear what the problem was What are your symptoms ? what does it do on turn on with nothing connected ?

I really cant remember, got fed up with it, when I picked up a vfd.

It's either transformer fooked - unlikely, phase shift caps fooked - very likely, contactors fooked - moderately likely... There isn't anything else in there except the boost/start caps and the voltage sensing relay for those...

It was bought as not working I replaced the caps and I had the transfromer mega tested OK [does it make a difference if is an auto one]

It worked before I striped the M300 for refrub. But for some reason, it wouldn't run it once rebuilt. Well it run for maybe 30sec+ then shut down.

I've a new Broyce doodad, in the box, and thats sat on top of it for the last xx years.

It was bought to run a big hydrovane, but when some toe rag nicked that, I had no use for it so its sat since then.

Personally, if it's not working I'd just rewire it as a simple, manually boosted delta converter:

How do you test a auto transformer? I started this tgrwad and never got to the end of the problem. Tranny doesnt smell cooked.
