As everyone is saying just buy a PCL MK3 inflator. Any cheap electronic inflator will probably fail long before an analog PCL will, and batteries will need replacing etc unless you buy a mains powered wall mount one.
The cheapest way to have what you want seems to be running an air regulator before the inflator. otherwise there are wall mount options and some handheld ones but they are all quite expensive.
