Hi,
Ofcom test just now with TV running YouTube and me on the desktop;
Virgin media; I've just had a serious run in with VM; bundle was costing £61.36 and the contract only just ended; email from VM stating contract ended similar bundle now £67 (100Mb) to really insult and offend me VM further stated I could obtain a similar bundle for around £34.99 by switching supplier; it took a full frustrating day to sort this out the result still with VM with similar bundle £53 month; lunatics' are running the asylum?
We watch a great deal of YouTube and it's brilliant with no buffering; we weren't too bothered about the cost because we do use VM so much but for VM to send me the email they did they were just spoiling for losing a customer; we've been with NTL/VM for over 30 years and were reluctant to change especially when I browsed reviews of other suppliers; BT look to be dreadful so what's the point in saving a few quid only to lose so much performance.
Kind regards, Colin.
