Get some pebbles glued around the water pool to hold it down would help
or even remove the photo editing
You could go one better here - have a single large pipe that holds the can up, which pumps water up through it (T-Piece at the bottom somewhere and enough blanked off pipe there, or a heavy plate to sit at the bottom of the pond) and you've got a cool water feature for a pond.

my dad made one of those, but it was a single tap not connected to any pipe apart from the glass one up to the outlet of the tap it just sat there on a columb of downward flowing water. He was the superintendent of the local water authority and had it as a display in the entrance foyer.
