looking good, going by your pics if the weather stays the same you are going to need flotation tyres on your mower..had similar problem in one area of my field, every winter a mini lake, so bit the bullet and got the digger out to find a area of clay holding it in , so dug a 3 foot trench, back filled with rejects and a pipe then top soil down to the ditch , ten years on , no reeds and no flooding (yet) , mainly it was the clay causing the natural pond ,i did also go over with the mole plough certainly works well and would recomend it.
