You reckon? I would have thought a commercial product like this would be over spec'd not under...
Bunnings didn't fair well in the UK, The equivalent would be B&Q or similar.I bought them from Bunnings - I'm not sure what the UK equivalent is but it's a behemoth hardware store. I could definitely take them back but I'd rather not if I can fix them.
There was one in mk whilst it was rammed to the gunnels with bits they were really cheap rolson and silverline type thingsI thought Bunnings was great as they sold all sorts of products that no other big stores did like welders, big tool chests, a massive range of decent tools etc etc. The problem here is that more than half the population drive a desk or serve coffee for a living and can't put up a simple shelf so don't need tools! The Aussies are generally far more hands on I think.

Not rain for years? Your obviously not living Blackpool thenThanks everyone for their comments - you've all been very helpful! It's refreshing to see constructive supportive discussion on the internet.
I added a wheel to the bigger leaf like was suggested and also put gaps in the cladding. It hasn't sagged...yet!
And it's even rained. Though now that's out of the way, I don't expect it to rain again for the next few years.
