I think you'll struggle with that because what they quote is true.
There is solar cells and you don't replace the battery's.

Give it a good try mind and I hope they give you a new one.

How dpes the Optrel replacement service work Shox Dr ???

I have emailed BOC asking them to explain how come they sell a helmet claiming It does not need a batty change when clearly it does !!!!!!!!

I havent enquired myself. There is a code on the screen, email optrel and go from there.

Leaving them under a powerful light is better than trying to find decent sunlight in December here.
I rate Parweld cheapo ones, even had a totally submerged one come back to life after a good drying out.
