That is titanium aerial atom frame their normal frames are chrome-moly tubing iirc so they braze them old fashioned way.
It takes two days to purge the air out, I assume they have a full sized tank outside and create a vacuum first. Probably a Huntington Fusion tent, they make some funky purging stuff not just the multistrike electrodes.
