Hmm...
Measured the blade on mine. Seems to be 91 3/4" (or there abouts).
Someone suggested putting the top wheel in the mid point of its travel, and then measuring the distance between the two centers, doubling it, and adding the circumference.
There seems to be no real stop point on the adjustment, before the wheel hits the guard. I guess i should count this as the end of range at one extreme.
I wonder if someone fitted a shorter blade on mine as its missing the tyre on the bottom wheel? A 5mm thick tyre on one wheel would add about 1/2 an inch to the circumference but im sill about an inch to an inch and a half shy of your measurements.
I need to go and look at the range a bit better i think.

Agree regarding flexing I have noticed that as well

Seems like the price has risen drastically, I have the bearing conversion price noted down as £54.88 including postage from Axminster and the date as 28/08/2014. Luckily my saw was only £40 to buy in bits and stands me in about £140 now it's up & running. I want to gear it down for cutting metal, there is a version with a gearbox that gives speeds for wood and metal.
I see someone has crossed out 91.5" and written 93" on one of the wheels.

My mistake, it's 500e's photos!
This was mine as bought in 2014, you can see the similarities i.e. the guard pressings are the same as the Warco. The table trunnion castings were broken so I had to do a fair amount of research to buy spares, the replacements were for a Jet 14" bandsaw from Axminster and the parts were identical to the original Nutool items.
Now I think about it I may have marked the blade as 93.5" as I make them myself and the 0.5" would allow for a repair if the joint broke.

If I over tighten blade it will come to end of adjuster thread, never tried it that tight till you all made me doubt wither mine was correct
You will have to get tires & if your wheels are the same as mine.
If you order tires I will have a pair & split UPS as my lower one is starting to show signs of ware my tires are almost level with rim of wheel & fit in grove
Did not get it new & sizes were on wheel just bought the 93", if you screw the adjustment down the shorter belt should fit, the 91.5 was crossed out.
The 98" definitely will not work on the standard framed Warco I have.
Wallace I run mine on slowest speed on the reduction pulleys cuts up to 1mm without burning up blades mate next door has a bigger one with slower speed if I require thicker cut & our main workshop (10 miles) for anything heavy 25mm to RSJ

remeasured the blade with a fabric measure, and got 2340mm, or 92.126 inches.
seems to be close enough to the measurements mentioned above to be believable now.
still not found any UK tyres that are any cheaper than buying from the states. still trying to avoid the parcelfarce handling fee (have no issue paying vat)

Have a look at youtube see how to sharpen band saw blades , there are plenty of simple ways to do them , your blade looks like a wood cutting blade, might be worth a try and free. All the Best desmo11225

Seems I posted a bum link previously for tyres, should have been this one: Link. Probably the ones you have found already and as you say the postage and import duty etc will push the price right up.
This link was where I managed to find a part number for the broken trunnion, it lists the belt part number on there so Axminster might be able to help as they sell the Jet equivalent 14" bandsaw.

How it works is that there a thread on the outside of the cover that pivots the whole wheel. But when it pivots, the lower section of the casting (the sort of finger shaped bit) tilts too, and conflicts with the cover if the wheel is too low.
What im wondering is -
Does this finger need to come inside, or am i likley to get enough adjustment with it outside of the yellow cover?
If it needs to come inside, that means that the wheel has to be high enough for it to do so, so i need to take that into account with my blade length measuring (im going to ignore what was on there, as there were no tyres on one of the wheels anyhow, and just measure it all up)
Its not too much of a problem if the wheel has to be higher, but it just limits the adjustment that much more - i wanted to set the wheel in the center of the travel, and then measure, but, in the center of the wheel height travel, that finger can only rest on the outside of the cover, and that then limits the tracking adjustment.

I would fit the wheels with the new tyres, set the tensioner where the fingers clear the guard then offer an old broken blade up and add the missing amount to the existing blade length. Then compare that measurement to the available standard lengths.

Your wheel is higher than central, so the finger thing clears the hole. I just didn't know if the wheel should start off central (which is kind of what you would imagine) or off-centre.
I'll do as per you pervious comment. Put it just where the finger can come through the gaurd and leave the rest for adjustment. Thank you.

Collected band saw tires from Julian to day, met his charming other half as well had a look at what he does the CNC engraved panels are a work of art, he said he was looking for small scale runs as this is what he is set up for really nice finish to them.

- TPI: 6/10 Vari-Tooth
- Custom Blade Length (optional): 92.5 inches
from tuff saws.
I measured up with the top wheel in its lowest point where the tracking adjustment still cleared the hole, and then raised it to about the position in Wallace's photos.
Lower position was 92.5 inches, upper was 93 inches (which makes sense if youre running 93" blades)
I purchased 92.5 as that is longer than the original blade, but long enough that the tracking clears the hole. I hope this will work out ok for me. Im sure 93 would work too really.

I purchased it years ago (like about 7) just because it was dirt cheap and local, but never really used it. I tried to cut some alloy but either the blade was blunt or went blunt almost instantly.
FFWD 7 years, and i have a job for it, so this thread started. By this time the top tyre is falling off too (i never saw the bottom tyre) and....
So, really, the answer to your question is no - i dont know.
Mine has not been configured through the gearbox and im going to use it for wood, so i wont change that. I dont know if that would make a difference either way though.
