If you can't dismantle it to push the seal out, put a couple of self tappers into the seal and use them to pry against.

well managed to get the oil seal out from arond the shaft there is a bearing in there it seem's to look ok,does anyone one no were i can get spares from as it needs a new oil seal (long shot i know) and some gaskets or gasket paper

Try your local bearing shop for a seal, or somewhere like Bearing King online.
Make your own gaskets.

Back to square 1 as the seals I orded don't fit I think I'm gonna have to source a local,ish bearing shop and take the old one in.bearing king was a no go they did give three seals from there imperial range but not 1 of them fits.
