What thinners again!

I use paints4trade for all my paint and thinners. I spray tractors balers and alsorts with alkyd resin based enamels and alsorts of enamels. I mainly use a xylene thinner for the enamels as previously said on the thread. It's on there site as an industrial thinner. I buy it 25ltrs at a time. But phone up and order if you do as prices are slightly cheaper I find even without asking for a discount. Hope that helps

My grand dad was a coach painter and as a kid I had an Anglias, he painted it with a brush and enamel paint, he put the paint pot in a saucepan of hot water then brushed it on, when dry he flatted it and put on more coats thinned, in the end it looked like a sheet of glass, incredible !!!

Weren't Rolls Royce handpainted in the early days?.
