Took George to the aptly named "George's Deli for breakfast last week, not that I was going to have him for breakfast, not at all!! He thoroughly enjoyed himself and was duly spoiled by the lovely Lauren who manages the place, he can't wait to go back, the sausages were lovely:

For a farm boy from Norfolk - this is international dining - Scottish sausage for breakfast (it was like a better quality Spam fritter)
Best fried on there own, god knows what they are made from, they taste OK, but the cooked off fat is rancid.

did not look that "heavy unconsumable" - to be honest if you lad was not talking so much - he would have got it down his throat quicker
Holy cows guys how the hell can you eat those things for breakfast ??!! Every day ???????
I mean , I could eat eggs and sausages in winter if I have to race with my dirtbike later , but I race once in a month , not every single day !
I don't have pictures , but normally I go with a cup of tea , some bread with jam , biscuits and/or some yogurt , some fruit juiced . I prefer to stay a bit light and maybe have a break later at 10:00 am , another cup of tea and something to eat .

I come from a poor family with lots of kids - breakfast historically was left over - food fried up.
My Mother would give you anything for breakfast - anything that needed eating up.
Also oddly for the 60/70's she also did - continental type breakfast - bread/cold meat with hardboiled eggs. Trust me she had never been to Spain on holiday either.
