Nice - i have a sample coming in the post.

£7.81 per mtr didnt seem so bad, but a £1.40 cutting charge per cut will add up horribly.

(might be able to talk them down on that, i guess, as i want all the same length, so single setup)

Will see - hopefully its good for the job when the sample arrives.

Aalco do extrusion like that hang on I've got their full catalogue here somewhere

Thank you. I called all but one of the suggested places above, and noone carried anything like it - maybe aalco was the place i didnt call?

I thought AAlco had something listed like that in their Road Transport section but i had a quick look and couldnt see any thing. They are definitely worth a call. Yeah, that's what Steve linked to near the beginning of this thread. Im going to keep the enclosures together by screwing on side panels to the extrusion, so its more than just trim that i need really.

It could be used, but if i can get stuff that works, then ill do that. Hopefully the sample will turn up tomorrow, and then i can see if the plan has legs.
