It’s 0.6 wire running through the 0.6 groove but the wire is rusted plus the roller wasn’t lined up correctly going to get some new wire tomorrow but it’s coiling up so I think it’s more likely the wire
Are you sure you are using the right groove in the roller, some machines have the marking so you read the size while the roller is in place i.e. you are set for 0.8 the way it is. Pull the rollers and check maybe if you haven't already.
rusted wire causes jamming it will spin as it goes around the roll and be fired down the line
all of a sudden it will jam at the tip piont the rolls will continue to push while its jammed and cause the birds nest
removing the tip shows this is the effect of a bad roll
if it jams inside of the liner and it can do as well you will get the same effect but the tip is more restrictive than the liner as its closer to the 0.6 or the 0.8 size of wire
