Ok, connect the two loose wires inside the motor connection 'box' to the isolated top and bottom terminals - doesn't matter which way around they go.
Then, wire as follows in this picture:
Hopefully, it's obvious where the drum switch is
just make sure to get the wires on that correct as to left/right as per connections verified by meter.
Ignore the terminal "A1" on the NVR. I can't tell if that's for a remote stop or what. It's not important for now.
If you have any lights or similar then put them on the nvr terminals 13 and 23 - or - 14 and 24 depending on whether you'd like them powered when you hit the red button or not.
The wiring between the switches and the motor can be 'anything' big enough to take the current - I tend to use 2 runs of twin or triple core flex because it's always available, but if you have 4 core or whatever use it.
I haven't shown Earth, because it should never be switched - just use any earth points available (on casings etc.)
If fwd and rev are the wrong way around, swap the wires to the two middle terminals at the motor (one end only mind
