What bit do you need. I May have spares.

Its the valve plug seat is badly cut, as is the valve seat its self, so Ill make a grinding tool one day to recut it, then make a new plug to suit, lapping the pair to mate. 99% sure thats why it needs priming. Its in the todo pile.

But between Alpaca walking, breeding, holiday let building, grass cutting and repairing shearing clippers / mowers and now sorting my father in laws estate, its in the pending file along with my two old triumphs, and a few other things that need fixing.

Because you can set the pressure on that pump to whatever you like same as yours. Some people like to set it up and know what it’s putting out.
Personally never bothered with pressure and temp gages on mine as the important value is what’s going back to the tank.

The pressure adjustment bit?
Why not send it back to me and I’ll see if I can sort it out. That was running lovely when it left me yet it seems you’ve never actually had it running properly since. Let me have it back and I’ll get it sorted.

When it arrived, it needed priming but works fine. The cooler leaked as it froze when I hadnt put the proper coolant in, it works fine, after I fixed the leak but the fluid syphons back when its left unused because of the spill back valve passing, so like I said Ill get round to it, one day, as my brother wants it. I may actually suggest he machines the bits himself as he keeps asking for lathe tuition.

Liquid damped PSI gauge 0-100psi, showing about 46psi in the pic, set to 50PSI now via the adjuster on the Procon gives me 1.5lt min back into the tank.

Just one of the Procon's off Ebay, can usually pic one up for 30 quid off there.(chose one with the adjuster the bit pointing straight down)

It’s a rotoflow series 1.
Brilliant pump heads pretty much identical to a series 1 procon.

Yeah that’s just a start cap.

its looks great just need to power it up and test it but if looks are anything to go by

Anyone know where you can get these covers/caps from, to seal off the torch when its not connected ?.
