Initial thorts are to get a pice of 80mm plate burnt out once I settle on design/dimensions. 40mm shafts mounted in 6008 bearings. But now you have me thinking about moveing the bottom rolls so all could change.

Your drive wheel is the top one light knurl and hardened to 54 Rockwell. This moves up down
The lower wheels are not knurled and interchangeable for section shapes. These move in and out. In for easy bar bent tight and out for bigger bar bent lightly or more stages. Easy enough with slots

Springs to tension and lead screws to adjust

Rigidity of the frame should be overkill

Just my thoughts and observations and advice sought gradually

Right I thort you where meaning haveing the top roll fixed and moveing the bottom up and inwards like this:

No expert here but are the bottom 2 rollers on commercial machines not fixed and only the top one that moves?

With the smaller rollers yes, but larger ones are fancier, see the video above.

Again not an expert but I always thought that was so it was rolled right from the start of the piece being rolled?
