New one up! Long awaited episode 12!
The fabrication work is amazing, I love they way they come up with solutions that make their life easier. The jig they made for the rage saw so that every cut was the same was one example.
It's very easy to forget the amount of research that goes into a build like this.

Fine on stainless...not so good on mild and a big no on Ali...I made a stainless tool box with autogenous welds when I was doing my mma course...we had some time left over so he let us play with the tig

I follow this project with much enjoyment - it is great and one of the things I like is that apart from the guys' time it is a cheap build (so far). Two knackered cars, some mini panels and a stack of steel. That Tilton pedal box is probably the dearest part in the car and the chassis jig is probably worth more than the whole car in terms of cost.

I thought the same, although like my build, once bodywork is done the serious spending happenes. I don't imagine it'll be cheap when he's finished with the bodywork and sorting everything else.
