I know someone who wanted that lower price is all he wanted not what he received
changed to different network always complained about losing connection so went through the faults side of it and then started speed testing it
in end i could prove they wasnt providing the contract specs and the failures on there side of it but it takes a mont or 2 to get out of contract
and that i did ended up elsewhere instead seemed happy enough but penny pinchers will always be penny pinchers
We live in the sticks, supplied by copper cables installed in the 1970's so our internet is 'up to' 10 mb/s, usually get under 4 at best! On a wet, windy day the internet keeps dropping out so the switch to fibre can't come quick enough!
