At the beginning of December i got my account prices looked at, as they did not reflect the market, Air Products being 20% cheaper on average.
I'm not a large gas user, especially since 90% of my work has been sub-contracting over the last 12 months.
Anyway we agreed it all over the phone, still more expensive than AP, but no tiered rental.
They sent me an email with a confirmation of the prices.
Well, I didn't realise it was a quotation that required a response. I'd told him to go ahead over the phone.
Chased them up today as to why my prices were not at the new rates, and they've sent back a new quote.
Argon up £10 in a month, Acetylene increased £20.
Just a tip to ring around, as BOC are robbing bar stewards. Had an account with them for over twenty years.
