Haven't read the whole thread, but just in case it hasn't been mentioned...
If you're compressing air the moisture will form an emulsion with the oil, so feeding the oil back into the inlet may not be a good idea. On a closed system there is a bulb containing desiccant which removes any initial moisture in the system.
I had a multi fridge compressor setup and filtered out the oil/water/emulsion and discarded it. Obviously the oil had to be kept topped up.
all up and running to fill my 25L tank 0-150psi in 30 seconds
just a thought have you fitted a blow off valve?
just incase the compressor fails to switch off
or connected to an air horn so you get the hint to turn off the engine quickOff the top of my head if you have 25 l @150 psi in 30 seconds that will probably need to be at least a 1/2" valve to keep the flow going, without the pressure continuing to increase.
