Is there a taper for the 90° elbow to seal into inside the bolt or does it rely on the threads?
Just read all 23 pages of this thread and am gob smacked at the attention to detail and the quality of the work, the finished car is going to be stunning. Will you actually want to drive it when done - I'd be too scared !
One question, when you say 'polish out the welds' how do you actually do this?

Roller rockers........what lift cam are you going to fit?
Finally managed to pick up some 3/8" stainless hex bar so made some valve cover hold downs
It been turned down out of hex bar, the washer is separate
