Looks like a wartime/ post war weekly ration or something similar
Umm "weekly" ???????????Looks like a wartime/ post war weekly ration or something similar
That makes my 800 calories quite a feast!!Umm "weekly" ???????????
A typical person's weekly ration allowed them 1 egg, 2 ounces each of tea and butter, an ounce of cheese, eight ounces of sugar, four ounces of bacon and four ounces of margarine.Umm "weekly" ???????????
Is it Easter already?...instead I came home and toasted the last two hot cross buns.
Well the chocolate eggs are in stock! Is it Easter already?
diet mixer
Have to be a single malt then at least you can say it's medicinalHmmm...some studies suggesting diet soda consumption is linked with an increased risk of heart attack. Seems the artificial sweeteners trigger hormonal responses.
I haven't had an alcoholic drink sine 2003 so not a problem for meYou might want to switch to spirits with diet mixer if you have one. Much lower calorie count than wine which is better than beer. Obviously cider and alcopoops are the worst.
I found I ate less on a LCHF diet, as protein and fat make you feel full for longer.
Only way to resist temptation is to get it out if the house.

Intermittent fasting:
No calorie counting
Nothing is off the table
You can still drink beer
No excercise
I didn't calorie count, I ate everything inc the bad stuff and most importantly I still drank beer! Apple turnovers and wholenut chocolate featured heavily. That was a 16 hour fast 24/7. In the 8 hour period it was game on!
I've posted this before but my graph from when I did it seriously. The weight loss is rapid and sustainable.

Worst thing by far was the initial, short term constipation. Had to have a reach around and "help" one time....
