I couldn't wait to get home from work tonight and get finishing the wheelarch repair section...
....I'm gonna call this one a test run, since this wheelarch is fairly ok. I did notice that using the air hammer to form the swage line caused it to stretch, reducing the radius of the wheel opening. I tried to counter this by clamping it back onto the form and running the air hammer over the other face which seems to have opened it up again.
The next one will be for the passenger side as it's lost material and shape.... Perhaps I'll make two as the inner arch has rust holes too.
