Paasche are good, as are Iwata - I've got one of them. Just don't buy an Aztek... Iwata spares are a bit pricey but everythings easily available.
Double action definitely. Also look at cups and such, mine is side-fill and can take mini-cups or larger plastic bottles. Better for me than a fixed cup of a certain size, but depends what you need.
Tip size won't matter greatly at first but check out what sizes are available (and that they are available).
Any comp will feed it, use a decent regulator/water trap.
