Anyone know anything about this old Compressor and is my air tank safe?

Yeh, not worried about it, just it won't really be that useful if blowing off at 55psi!

My fittings to connect my grease gun to my tank are hopefully in the post, hopefully they won't leak too much!

Yeah - I thought the same, but worth a try. I am specifically looking for Lacy-Hulbert hardware, in particular the early pumps and compressors. I'll keep looking
