Now that I understand that @ukracer doesn't want a real cup, I had a go. I don't understand what the Create.. Project/Include.. Project step does. I tried to follow this but it didn't do anything for me.
All I did was create a sketch of the cup and extruded it 10mm. Then on the new top face start a new sketch, drew an offset inside the shape and extruded the outer edge by 5mm. Then extruded the inside shape as a new component, again by 5mm (but it might need 4.5mm or 5.5mm to make things work in Bambu later on). This is what it looks like after moving the first body down a bit to see the two separate bodies:
If I understand things correctly, these can be painted in the Bambu slicer in the appropriate filament colours. Ideally the inner body will only be a mm or so thick to cut down the number of filament changes, so much less waste. But I'm still mystified why anyone wants a cup that doesn't hold anything..

It makes sure that the outline of the body is included in the sketch, but you might not need it:
There's an option in Fusion to do this automatically which is enabled by default, however I think it only works within one component - so in your case, you don't need to do it explicitly as you're still within the same component (unless you've changed the default behaviour). I included it as a step as I wasn't sure whether Fusion would see @ukracer 's original component or not.

You've lost me though. The spools sit in the AMS above the glass top plate, no?
I need the AMS lid to open about 3 to 4 inches as the spools I am using are too large. Don't ask me why I did know but have forgotten. Lol..Actually ignore that request.
My memory is really struggling. I only need the lid to be open and held up because its under a shelf. So when loading and unloading I need a Prop. I can sort one of those.
Those standard height ones look like they will give me the height I need for the spools to run clearly.
Printing them now.
Ok I have worked it out. I printed a prop to hold the lid up while I load the AMS. It sits at an angle so it opens enough to get spools in.
The risers your lad has done are almost perfect but need to have 5mm off on the inside closest to the spool side. and also 5mm onto the height. That will clear the spools when in operations.
The single spool is ony there while I wait for a longer AMS lead so I can use AMS quickly. (I really need to route the AMS ptf feeds so they don't catch the adapters etc.)

Fantastic. Can't rate it enough really. Changed the game for me 3D printing, I never worry about a print, they all come out perfect. Camera for monitoring, takes normal pla great. I'm going to try some flexible filament soon.
I would say that I came from a pretty dodgy Cr10s clone, but I'd upgraded that with a bltouch and arduino. Even when that worked the best (it did on occasion) it's not a touch on the bambu.
Just come across this thread. Looks like I made the correct choice for once. I upgraded to a X1c with ams last week after having issue with an ender 3 v1. Looks like I got it for a good price £1099 delivered. Been printing Gridfinity boxes and grids all week, aiming to get workshop organised. Managed to use more filament in a week than I used with my ender 3 over two years and no issues yet.
I ordered some filament from Bambu on the evening of 16th December and it arrived today. Received an email from Bambu this afternoon offering 8 quid credit against future purchases due to the "delay" in delivery. Not sure if this is some dodgy sales technique TBH. The filament came in two and a bit days in the run up to xmas, so there's no delay as far as I'm concerned. It was sent Royal Mail 48 and I didn't expect it any quicker. If you want some filament from Bambu in the near future, it may be worth your while sticking an order in asap.
