The sprocket is slightly annoying to make as it has a bore with driving flats, so not simple to convert another sprocket.

How much meat is there between bore and teeth?

Turn the teeth off the one with the correct shape bore until the outside is round. Bore out the new one until the inside is round. Shrink fit or Loctite the two together.

From memory I can't say that I've noticed the sprocket is easily removable, but then I've never tried.
I'll check it later when I'm back outside, as I need to give the chain a quick lube for tomorrow's project.

On these saws its usually a circlip to attach to shaft but you may be able to get a reasonable measure without removing.

I suspect the gta6 is the same as my baby saw, which I dont remember, and not enough wall to bore out for 9/12mm

Very little spare metal on these small ones, brazng might work but rather not destroy the only one I have, a bore and flats wont be too hard to copy.

Alternatively, would anyone know how to design the female tooth profile for a 1/4" chainsaw sprocket?
