Slag peel means little and is a trait of cheaper 6013 rods not sure why.
As Richard says watch the weaves you look to have a very uneven toe to that run and who knows what inclusions
Looking ok though some just get it

More perfect practice I should say no good spending time on ingraining bad habits
We will all weave at times though it's a hard habit to break
Some just get stick welding almost from the off, not sure why looks like you could be one
