windy gun, air chisel, die grinder, shot blasting, plasma cutter, etc etc etc all run no probs at all on the wolf 90ltr belt drive compressors.

me too, Ive found space for one, last weekend I did try and make a intake silencer to fit at aldi 25l compressor, and it made it slightly quieter, but took slightly longer to fill the tank from empty, so after watching skotl's video on youtube it looks like I'll be ordering one next time on holiday from work (so I can have it delivered)

Wall thickness should be plated on the tank, including minimum thickness.

I tested my Michelin branded 50ltr direct drive last night. It sits at 90db which is too loud for me.

In reality it makes no difference, all above 85db so you need ear protection if in close proximity. I'm building a acoustic box to house the compressors.

Curious about the wolf, my direct drive is 90db and everyone says the belt drive is quieter.
